Shipping Policy

  • All FIREARMS must be shipped to a valid FFL.
  • Orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL if applicable.
  • Signature is REQUIRED on ALL orders exceeding $1,000. 
  • ​Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.
  • Due to recent CC fraud issues, orders with shipping addresses differing from the billing address (unless to an FFL) may be delayed in processing while we verify.
  • ​Please note: Insurance is not included. 

Lost / Stolen Package

  • D3 Gunner provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on D3 Gunner, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by D3 Gunner. However, the contents of the packages will NOT be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. D3 Gunner will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
